Digital built for the world stage.
For YouthConnekt Africa 2017, which brought more than 2,500 delegates from over 90 countries to Kigali, MoSound’s scope included building the event website. For the Electronic World Trade Platform in Rwanda it also covered branding, media management and participant management.
Why MoSound
Event websites and registration delivered for continental summits.
Branding, media and participant management under one team.
Digital tied directly to the live production.
The event starts online
For most delegates the event begins with a website and a registration form, and continues on social media and livestreams. Best practice is to design the digital journey with the same care as the venue: clear information, frictionless registration, consistent branding and content that rewards people for following along.
Because MoSound also produces the live event, our digital work connects directly to what happens on site: registration feeds participant management, branding carries from the website to the stage screens, and content is captured as the event unfolds.
Our Approach
We treat the digital journey as part of the event experience.
-
One identity
Branding that runs consistently from the website to the stage.
-
Smooth registration
Delegate data and accreditation managed end to end.
-
Content in real time
Social and press content captured and published as it happens.
