Project Overview

Africa’s first Electronic World Trade Platform hub was launched in Kigali on 31 October 2018 by the Government of Rwanda and Alibaba Group, with President Paul Kagame and Jack Ma. The launch opened new e-commerce and tourism channels between Rwanda and China, from Rwandan coffee sold online to a digital tourism pavilion.

MoSound’s scope covered event, media and participant management, concept development, branding and the website, along with event production, sound, lighting and LED screens, filming and live feed, and stage design and construction.
