Event Production in action

Trusted with state occasions and global summits.

MoSound was the main service provider for the 2022 Presidential Inauguration at Kasarani, delivered end to end, and created a seamless, world-class experience across more than 15 rooms of engagement at the 2015 Global Entrepreneurship Summit at UNON.

Why MoSound

Over 20 years and more than 6,650 successful events delivered.

One accountable partner: concept, production, technology and crew under one roof.

Over 30 specialists across event management, production, scenic design and technical AV.

What end-to-end production means

Event production is the discipline that turns an idea into a live experience: the creative concept, the technical systems that carry it and the people who run it on the day. Best practice is to treat these as one system rather than a list of suppliers, because every decision about the stage affects sound, sightlines, power, camera positions and audience flow.

That is how MoSound works. Our producers, designers and technical teams plan together from day one, then deliver with our own sound, lighting, LED screens, staging, filming and live feed: the scope we brought to the Presidential Inauguration, the Unlocking Africa Expo at KICC and the Electronic World Trade Platform in Rwanda.

Our Approach

Large events leave no room for error. Our approach is built around preparation, redundancy and a single line of communication.

  • One producer, one plan

A dedicated producer owns your brief, budget and timeline from start to finish.

  • Designed around the audience

Sightlines, acoustics and flow are planned before a single truss goes up.

  • Rehearsed, then rehearsed again

Technical and full-dress rehearsals so every cue lands on the night.
